EndSARS: My Father Was Assassinated – Teni Revealed

Shockingly, so many music stars have indicated interest to protest against the unpatriotic activities of the men of Special Anti-Robbery Squad in the nation. In all, one of the most surprising is the Teni’s revelation on this.

Responding bitterly to a troll who was questioning her stand on the EndSARS agitation, Teni lashed out, almost calling the troll an idiot.

What led to this?

Teniola Apata, having shared a post on Twitter condemning the killing meted out on innocent Nigerians by the force, the troll came into her comment section to jab her that she should take to the street to protest too, instead of shouting on social media.

On seeing this, Teni fumed telling the troll to take her time as she has gone through a lot in the hands of unknown gunmen.

Quoting her Inter-alia, she said:

“My father was assassinated. So you don’t know the pain I’ve felt all my life! You don’t know what I do on these streets, saving people from police. I don’t have to tweet everything I do. Go do your bit, I’m doing mine.”

Sad, right?

This, which elicited some sweet words from fans to Teni also gave it away that she is a cultured lady as she didn’t utter any abusive words to the troll unlike what other artiste might do.

Admirable, right?

We thought so too.

Besides this, what’s really your take on the EndSARS matter?
