Wizkid, DJ Tunez Sued For “Gbese” By Tony Tetula & Tic Tac

From time immemorial the issue of copyright infringement has been a norm in the entertainment industry amongs artistes, just that not all comes to the notice of the public, as at times back door settlement ends the issue before it gets out at all.

However, one that could not be settled or covered his the alledged infringemnet of the copyright of Tic Tac and Tony Tetula by Wizkid and DJ Tunez.

Sueing Wizkid and DJ Tunez for this, Tony Tetula and Tic Tac also sued them for unauthorize usage of intellectual property which was “Gbese”.

See copy of charge:

Without belaboring you with all that the charge says, this evidence proves all that indeed, Wizkid and Tunez has a a lot of explaining to do at the court through their lawyers.

Calling out the artiste with the lawsuit, neither the camp of Afobeat star, wizkid, nor that of DJ Tunez, has responded to the charges against them, of which has been getting mouths wagging about the veracity or bluff level of the allegation.

Really Wizkid?

Anyway, there is more to this case because as at the time of this report the case is already at the Federal High Court in Ikoyi.

While we await what is and what is not about this saga, based on the antecedents of Wizkid and DJ Tunez, do you think this might be true?

Or is Tony Tetula and Tic Tac just trying to garner a bit of attention to themselves?

What do you think?
