Exclusive: T-classic Signs Deal with Sony Music West Africa

The “Nigeria to the world” saying is obviously not an empty one, especially now that our artistes are continuously finding their way into big music brands across different continents.

Next on the line is T-classic who just signed an exclusive deal with the all time Sony Music, West Africa.

Now being the newest artist in Sony Music, the signing was done as a result of the need to keep up with the mission of the Music brand which is to shape and sharpen singers skill and talent.

The Nigerian Singer, T-classic must have earned this as he has been putting up a bold creative front since his debut into the music industry in 2017.

Aside his well-vibed singles, he rocked and rolled in collaborations with the “Youngie-Stars” of the new decade like Mayorkun, Peruzzi, Tiwa Savage and the likes.

The exponential growth of the artiste is visible to all and obviously to Sony Music, West Africa, hence the plaguing of his name on the list of Sony Artistes.

According to the 22 years old Afro-pop singer, the fact that he was born and bred in Agege area of Lagos state does not stop his music background being heavily influenced by Michael Jackson, Ebenezer Obey and Tope Alabi.

Before becoming one of the “Ninja” in the industry, the artiste singlehandedly managed his affairs in the industry, not until he was caught young by Mixednaija entertainment, officially signed into the label in 2017 and dropped a banger, Fall in Love, with Mayorkun that pushed him up for recognition in the industry.

With his “Nobody fine pass” on the hotlist, T-classic is in all shades a frontliner already in the industry as he is obviously building an impressive repertoire.

In celebration of the signing and to revere the youngster, a private dinner was held with host of other stars and recognized figures in the industry.
